H. Barr Carlisle

H. Barr Carlisle of Salt Lake City won the Utah State Doubles Championship in 1936 and the Handicap Championship in 1942. Barr, as he was called, was State President of the PITA in 1936. He won the PITA Doubles Championship in 1939, 1940, 1941, 1950, and 1959, was the PITA Utah Handicap Champion in 1939, 1941, and 1950, as well as Utah PITA Singles Champion in 1955 and 1957 and the All Around Champion in 1941 and 1950.
